Each student is allocated two make-up classes per term. Group/Partner classes are not applicable for make-ups, but students may choose to attend via Zoom.

A minimum 24-hour notification is required for any absence.

In the event of suddenly illness, presentation of a proper MC is required to replace the 24-hour notice period and will utilise the make-up credit. 

Make-up lesson requests have to be submitted and scheduled within the same term. Unused make-up credits will be forfeited at the end of the term. 

Make-up lessons booked in high demand slots, such as weekends, will be rescheduled if the slot is assigned as a permanent lesson time for another student.

Missed/No-show make-up lessons will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
